Exchanges
Orders are not processed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or on holidays. All orders placed on those days will be fulfilled the following business day.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered during checkout. Please be sure to provide correct shipping address, including apartment/suite number. As we are not held liable for any errors or typos. If packages are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, there will be a re shipping fee to ship it again.
We are not responsible for shipping delays (via the carrier), lost packages, or packages marked delivered but not received. In the event this happens, please take your tracking number to your local USPS or call to file a claim.
Here at Habibi Adornments, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. In general, we do not offer returns or refunds due to the special nature of these items (body adornments). However, in rare cases, exceptions will be granted.

If items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped, we will happily exchange it. Please email habibiadornments@gmail.com in this case. You must notify us immediately. MUST RETURN THE ITEM IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT. Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. There will be no shipping fee to ship it back to you.
